Project Summary

I recently completed a project for an ophthalmologist named Oculus, where I rebranded and developed a new website on WordPress. My main goal was to give the website a modern look while also making it more user-friendly by integrating contact forms that make it easy for people to reach out to the ophthalmologist. The end result is a revamped website that is more visually appealing, easier to navigate, and offers a more seamless user experience for potential patients looking to contact Oculus.

When I was tasked with designing the Oculus website, I faced a unique challenge. The client wanted to maintain the old identity and visual style of the website to ensure users were not disturbed by a drastic change in appearance. However, they also wanted to update the website with a fresh new look.

I spent a lot of time experimenting with different design elements, trying out new color combinations and typography, and exploring various layout options. I worked closely with the client to ensure that the changes I made were in line with their expectations and aligned with their brand values.

In addition to updating the visual design of the Oculus website while maintaining its existing identity, I also faced another challenge: implementing a digital form and calendar for appointment scheduling.

Previously, customers had to call the company to make an appointment, which was not the most efficient process. The client wanted to offer a more convenient and streamlined experience by allowing customers to make appointments directly on the website.
